Summit Residence

This extensive remodel was done as a “spec” house for a client whose personal residences I had previously remodeled. All details were thought through to transform a modest, outdated ranch style house into a beautiful Montecito home. Upon completion of the remodel it was placed on the real estate market and sold on the first day it was listed for asking price.
